Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within the date when it is complete; you will receive your item by the date. Any delays caused by the customer will be contacted via email. We do aim to ship out within sufficient time as all items are handmade by us.
ROYAL MAIL
24-hour tracked – 1-3 working days
48-hour tracked – 3-5 working days
Shipping may not occur on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
DHL/PARCELFORCE/UPS
Next working day – 1-2 days
Shipping is between Monday-Friday.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming it—please note the order number, as we require this during inquiries. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Customs, duties, and taxes
amsys resin is not responsible for customs and taxes on your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
amsys Resin is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We have a strict No Returns/ Exchange and Refund policy as the products are custom-made for each individual.
