Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel your order within 5 days of placing it. If your order needs to be canceled after 5 days, you will receive a 50% refund only.
We understand circumstances can change; however, canceling after 5 days impacts the business and other customers.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If a replacement cannot be made, we will only offer a 50% refund of your order total (up to the discretion of the business) due to the loss of materials used.
Please note that these are handmade items, and due to the nature of the resin, they can differ from one another.
Delays in Shipping
We are not responsible for any delays during the shipping process. Once your order has been shipped, please get in touch with the courier to find out where your parcel is. We will not issue any refunds or exchanges due to this, as we do not have any control over delays in transit.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All items cannot be returned, as they are custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items.) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
If a refund is to be processed at the discretion of the business owner or staff, please allow 3-5 working days for it to show in the account you paid with – alongside receiving a confirmation email.
